The best way to report maintenance is by phoning our office or sending an email with photos of the issue if possible.
If the repair is urgent, please contact your property manager immediately.
How To Report Maintenance
Tenants are responsible for notifying their property manager when maintenance is required at the property.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- A clear description of the problem
- Photos of the issue where possible
- Your property address
- Your contact details
Our team will assess the request and arrange the appropriate trades where required.

What Is Considered An Urgent Repair?
Examples include:
- A burst hot water service
- A serious roof leak
- A dangerous electrical fault
- Serious storm or fire damage
- Failure or breakdown of gas, electricity, or water supply
- An appliance or fixture that may cause significant water wastage
- A blocked or broken toilet system
- A gas leak
- Flooding or serious flood damage
- Failure or breakdown of essential services or appliances supplied by the landlord
- Any fault that makes the premises unsafe or hazardous
- A serious fault in a lift or staircase within the premises
